Refers to Retailab's AI-powered product detection and auto-labeling platform, including but not limited to image processing, product identification, SKU matching, API services, and related software and documentation.

Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, including customers, API users, and visitors to our website.
1.3. Content
Refers to any data, images, SKU information, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or processed through the Service.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.3. API Keys
API keys are confidential and must be kept secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your API keys. Do not share your API keys publicly or commit them to version control systems.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing subject to change with notice.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, models, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Retailab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.
5.2. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to Content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your Content solely to provide the Service.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

Only products detected with at least 80% confidence are processed and charged to maintain standards.

Rate limits or plan restrictions may apply to ensure system stability and fair usage.

You can terminate via account settings. We can terminate for violations. Effective immediately upon notice.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
SERVICE PROVIDED 'AS IS'. LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL/SPECIAL DAMAGES. MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITED TO THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OF FEES PAID.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold Retailab harmless against claims arising from your use of the service, content, or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
